Arthritis of the Shoulder Exercises:

  1. Blog_shoulderStand at the bottom of stairs that has a banister or handrails on both sides.
  2. Left Shoulder: Place your hand on the left-hand banister and gently slide your hand up and down. Repeat 10 times.
  3. Right shoulder: Place your right hand on the right-hand banister and gently slide your hand up and down. Repeat 10 times.
  4. Increase repetitions as comfortable, while increasing range-of-motion.
