Arthritis of the Shoulder Exercises:
- Stand at the bottom of stairs that has a banister or handrails on both sides.
- Left Shoulder: Place your hand on the left-hand banister and gently slide your hand up and down. Repeat 10 times.
- Right shoulder: Place your right hand on the right-hand banister and gently slide your hand up and down. Repeat 10 times.
- Increase repetitions as comfortable, while increasing range-of-motion.
